Shocking 1st half left Abronhill 4-1 down, Abronhills goal came from the best play they produced all game, with Iain finishing well with the head to bring the game back even at 1-1. After that, stupid mistakes and not enough effort from the whole team saw the score at half-time end at 4-1.

2nd Half was slighty better but still not enough football which we know we can play. Good headed goal by Raymond saw the game go to 4-2 but after that not much else to talk about.

After beating this mob 2-1 and 3-1 earlier in the season we knew they would be up for it, but we failed to rasie our game and commitment and it showed throughout the team.

 

As Mcgowan said, no one really got pass marks from the game and put in what we know we can. Maybe the long break since we last had a game to play was a factor but we need to raise our game for next week and get back on track for promotion.

 

Hopefully we will be able to play Andrew Watt again this season, and this time we can treat them with as much respect as they treated us.
