GAME SUMMARY:

Abronhill started the match well against the Div A opposition. With both teams having chances it was anybodies guess who would open the scoring. Abornhill eventually grabbed the opener after a great free kick from the half way line from Rab found Kevs head and the flick on was enough to lob the keeper for 1-0. It only stayed like that for 10 minutes as Renfrew hit back direct from a free- kick from 25 yards that took a deflection past Innes. The 2nd half saw a change, Jack was replaced by Twinkle Toes Textbook who in honour of Alexander McQueen wore a shocking jacket/hand knitted jumper to the game. Both teams had chances to grab the winner but with Renfrew unable to keep there mouths shut they soon found themselves down to 10 men.

Still 1-1 at full time and into extra time it went. Jordi was replaced by Iain in the first half of ET shortly after Renfrew took the lead. Dont wont to point fingers at who was to blame as i wasnt watching, Davey Walkers hat was hilarious and it kept my mind off my numb toes.2-1 Renfrew. With time running out Abronhill decided they would try and use the Iains height advantage. Danny picked up the ball on the half way line and picked out Kev whos knock on found Iain at the back post to header past the keeper, 2-2. Renfrew were also running out of penalty takers after going down to 8 men after another 2 were sent off for disagreeing with some of the refs decisions.
